Website creation workflow by plan

Creating or updating a website with Stays follows different workflows depending on the plan the client has purchased. Although the goal of every process is to deliver a functional website, the criteria for contracting, billing, and execution vary based on the features offered in each plan.

Understand the customer journey for each plan

To deliver the best possible service experience to clients, check out more details about the journey per plan.

Journey Flowchart - Pro Plan

In the Pro Plan, the first decision point is to identify whether the client purchased the Initial Setup.

⏪ Without Initial Setup

The client receives a guide to build the website on their own, in a self-service model, also known as "Do It Yourself" (DIY).

⏩ With Initial Setup

Upon confirmation of payment for the initial setup, the client fills out the website creation form. Next, the Website team begins building until publication.

This flow allows the client to choose between developing their own website or hiring the implementation service provided by the Website team.

Journey Flowchart - Admin Plan

In the Admin Plan, the journey depends on whether an existing website already exists.

🏗️ New Client

The client is entitled to a free initial website. After filling out the creation form, the Website team starts building and publishes the website.

⚒️ Client with an existing website

When a client requests a new website, the process follows a commercial journey consisting of:

  • Quote preparation;
  • Payment for the new website;
  • Completing the creation form;
  • Start of website building by the Website team;
  • Website publication.
Journey Flowchart - Agency Plan

The Agency Plan includes the most flexible journey, as it accounts for different development needs.

🏗️ New Client

Just like in the Admin Plan, the client is entitled to a free initial website. After filling out the form, the Website team starts creation and subsequent publication of the website.

⚒️ Client with an existing website

In this scenario, there is an additional step to identify whether the client wants to use a standard layout or a custom layout.

👉 Standard Layout

When the client chooses a standard layout, the flow follows these steps:

  • Quote preparation;
  • Payment for the new website;
  • Completing the creation form;
  • Start of website building by the Website team;
  • Website publication.

Custom Layout

When the client requests a custom layout, the Website team first performs an analysis of the provided reference to evaluate the project's complexity and estimate the development time required.

Once this analysis is completed, service pricing is determined. After payment confirmation, the client completes the creation form, and the project moves forward to development and publication.
