You need to follow some steps in your domain/hosting account to make the domain work on your system.

Where you can buy the domain?

There are several specialized websites, just do a quick Google research, but we let some suggestion here in case you need any help:

Do you want to configure a domain or subdomain?

The domain is your main domain, for example, yourdomain.com. And your subdomain would be something like reservations.yourdomain.com

Fill in the field with the correct data for our team to access your provider, and proceed with your domain configuration correctly.

Remember that the data you insert here is used only for configuring your domain, and is confidential.

Some providers have two-factor authentication to improve your security. Be aware of this fact if you receive any notification after sending the form to our team.

Follow the steps below to configure properly, and once done, let us know via chat or send an email to website@stays.net

Do you have a personalized email to configure?

Configure personalized email

By default, your Stays.net will send the messages with the noreply@stays.net sender because your domain is not migrated yet, however during the domain migration process you must also configure your corporate email. Just follow the instructions in the topics below in your domain DNS edit panel at your provider:

Crie 2 registros CNAME para o DKIM

No campo [Nome], insira "mte1._domainkey.yourdomain.com". Em [Valor], insira “dkim1.mandrillapp.com“.

No novo campo [Nome], insira "mte2._domainkey.yourdomain.com". Em [Valor], insira “dkim2.mandrillapp.com“.

After the configuration is done, let us know via chat or by email website@stays.net which email you configured to be used as a sender in your system.

We do not host or create the email, nor do we have a service for creating/hosting the email. We just point to the correct address.

No, your website is hosted on your servers. You only need a hosting if you have a website outside the Stays system.

We do not delete any content from providers. What can happen is to be temporarily without access, but that can be reversed by pointing the domain to the previous server
